Orders should arrive within 2-5 business days from the original time of purchase.  PACKAGES DO NOT SHIP ON THE WEEKEND. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY ONLY. Our methods of shipping include the United States Postal Service and Fedex.  We decide what service to use based on the weight of the package(s).

All sales are final in-store and online.  If you for some reason are unsatisfied with your items purchased, we do offer a buy-back service for a reduced cash amount.  Another option would be to trade in the items for store credit that can be used in-store.  These terms are non-negotiable.

All items sold and traded to us in our buy-back program require a valid photo ID.
